The aim of these Sunday meetings is time spent together, getting to know one another, prayer and conversation about the questions of life today. At the centre of the meetings is always Jesus Christ. Two meetings a month are given over to themes that the young people work through in groups and then present their views on. Once they have said what the world says on a given subject and what each of them thinks, the leader draws out in conversation with them what Christ and his Church say. The meetings end with a reading from Sacred Scripture, a song, time together and a game of table tennis. One meeting each month is given to watching a film on a Christian theme, and afterwards the young people talk about its message.

During Lent the young people organise the Stations of the Cross on Mount Vodno, and throughout the year they organise outings for young people.
The young people who come to these meetings also take part regularly in summer camps in Macedonia and in gatherings around the world — World Youth Day with the Pope, among others — and in this way they represent the Church in Macedonia.
